1. Cross border e-commerce is responsible for providing catalogue, list and detail page of goods selected by cooperative merchants, supplying overseas genuine duty-free goods, training cooperative merchants to establish membership system and after-sales service of goods;
2. The cooperative merchants are responsible for delivering and publicizing the catalogue, list and detail pages of commodities, setting up special shelves to place the commodities of Wanyou mall, guiding consumers to place orders and pay, and taking physical stores as pick-up points (some commodities can be bought and picked up immediately);
3. The cooperative merchants with competitive overseas sources can enter Hejin cross-border e-commerce after strictly examining the qualification of the merchants and tracing the origin of the goods, and Wanyou mall is responsible for nationwide promotion; The cooperative merchants can enjoy the preferential treatment of free deposit, free deduction and free accounting period;

Q: how long does it take from my application to becoming a regional envoy?
A: Hejin cross border e-commerce will reply to the applicant via email within 5-10 working days after receiving the online application form.
